Modes of shipping
When ordering the Goods you can choose whether you would like the Goods to be delivered to you by courier service or in person in our showroom at our facility in Solymár.
For our memory foam pillows, you can choose from the following shipping methods:
GLS home delivery
The product will be delivered to the address provided by GLS courier service. The courier service will send a notification via e-mail of the expected time of arrival of the package.
GLS parcel terminal
The order will be delivered by GLS courier service to the parcel terminal of your choice. If you choose this delivery method, the package will be delivered to the selected GLS parcel machine, and you will have to go and collect it. The courier service will notify you of the date of receipt of the package by e-mail.
GLS ParcelPoint
During the ordering process you can also choose to pick up the package at a GLS ParcelPoint. If you choose this delivery method, the package will be delivered to the selected GLS ParcelPoint, and you will have to go and collect it. The courier service will notify you of the date of receipt of the package by e-mail.
MPL home delivery
The product will be delivered to the address provided by MPL courier service. The courier service will send a notification via e-mail of the expected time of arrival of the package.
Using the courier service incurs an additional cost, the amount of which will always be indicated when ordering the product.
In the case of memory foam mattresses, home delivery is carried out by the courier service CarryAll, but pick up in person is also possible upon prior arrangement. Delivery is free for all mattresses.
The expected time of delivery is 2-5 working days. If the product is not in stock, it will be 1-2 weeks depending on the product, and we will always send you a notification about this.
Personal pick up in our showroom
Goods ordered online can also be picked up in person at our showroom located at Terstyánszky Ödön Road 89, 2083 Solymár, where you can pay with cash or bank card.

Packaging
Our prices include the cost of packaging.
Modes of payment
You can choose from the following payment methods.
Payment by Bank Card
It’s the most convenient solution through Barion Payment Co. Ltd. In case of a personal pick up, payment by Bank Card is also possible in our showroom.
Cash on delivery
If the customer orders the product via online ordering and with cash on delivery, i.e. doesn’t pay the purchase price of product(s) when ordering, then the delivery fee shall be increased by an additional 499, – HUF as amount of handling fee.
Cash
In the event of a personal pick up at our showroom.
Sending back
Within 14 calendar days after receipt of the ordered product(s) the customer may cancel the order without any reason and request the refund of the purchase price. The product(s) must be returned in an unused condition to the following address: Terstyánszky Ödön Road 89, 2083 Solymár
